All guests must be 18 years of age or older to access our entertainment facilities. Valid photo identification (passport, driver's licence or proof-of-age card) is required and checked upon entry.
Our trained staff reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any person they believe may be under 18, intoxicated, or showing signs of distress. This is exercised with discretion and respect.
We encourage all guests to set personal time and expenditure limits before engaging in any entertainment activities. Our staff are trained to support guests who wish to take a break or step away.
